We are currently hiring for our client a with a diversified operations in education and retail in the MENA region with headquarters in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to hire a passionate, proactive and well organized Executive Assistant to support their CEO.
Reporting to: CEO
Location: Abu Dhabi, Al Reem Island
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, expertly scheduling meetings, appointments, handling travel arrangements, ensuring the CEO is fully aware of their daily agenda.
- Coordinate between the CEO, staff, and external stakeholders, harmonizing communication and collaboration across departments.
- Provide administrative and office support, such as typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, faxing, and maintenance of filing system and contacts database.
- Maintain effective systems and processes for simplified document management which includes digital documents.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO's office and the diverse departments that make up our Edutainment symphony.
- Coordinate the creative flow of work assignments and projects, ensuring a seamless exchange of ideas and information throughout the company.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the CIO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Take the lead for improvements, implementing innovative solutions that enhance the efficiency and impact of our collective performance.
Education and Experience Requirements:
I. Bachelor's degree in engineering, Economics, Business Management is required.
II. Strong work tenure, 5 to 10 years of experience supporting C-Level Executives, preferably in a Chemical, Industrial Gas Companies, Engineering Companies.
III. Experience and interest in internal and external communications
IV. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
